Design and procurement inputs
Confirm panel grade, infill, ground conditions, subbase, edge restraint and intended loading. Grass requires establishment and maintenance before trafficking.
Provide the product grade or performance specification, drawings or BOQ, quantities, site location and required date. We will define supply, delivery and any agreed installation and QA/QC responsibilities in the quotation.

Prepare the subgrade, drainage, base layers and edge restraints to the approved design. Inspect panel condition, panel interlock, cutting details, infill and compaction against the current BERA installation procedure. Grass surfaces also require appropriate establishment and maintenance before use.
Panel test results do not establish the load capacity of every installed pavement. Ground conditions, base design, infill, drainage and traffic determine the complete system requirements.
