Material handling, deployment, seaming, supervision and documentation follow the group’s installation procedures.
Manufacturer and project requirements
The selected product’s installation manual, current datasheet and approved project specification set the acceptance criteria. GRI-GM13 concerns HDPE material properties; seam tests use applicable ASTM methods, including ASTM D6392 where specified.
Documented execution
Pre-installation inspection, method statements, inspection and test plans, roll and panel traceability, trial seams, destructive and non-destructive testing where applicable, and as-built handover records support consultant review. Independent QC review is project-dependent.
Installation Expertise Across Product Systems
Geosynthetics South Africa installs geomembranes, GCLs, geotextiles, geogrids and erosion control systems for mining, water, waste and infrastructure projects. Project specifications, manufacturer instructions and the inspection and test plan govern execution.

Membership is distinct from individual installer certification and product certification. Manufacturer warranties remain subject to their respective terms.
