Traceability from dispatch to receipt
Retain product and batch identification, packing lists, dispatch references and receiving records. Inspect packaging and materials on arrival and record damage or discrepancies promptly.
Coordinate the delivery sequence with deployment and installation to reduce unnecessary handling and preserve material condition.
