GSE HDPE QA Methodology – Applied on African Sites
1) Material Delivery, Identification & Traceability
Upon arrival on site, all GSE HDPE liner rolls are:

Logged against delivery documentation

Recorded by roll number and thickness

Inspected for transit damage

Entered into a controlled inventory register
Roll numbers are carried through panel placement logs, seam logs, test logs, repair logs and as-built drawings, ensuring full traceability for client, EPC and regulatory review.
2) Unloading, Storage & Handling Controls
Improper handling can permanently compromise liner performance before installation begins.

3) Subgrade Preparation & Acceptance

Compaction and finish comply with project specification

Subgrade acceptance is signed off and recorded

4) Panel Deployment & Identification
During deployment:

5) Welding Equipment Qualification & Trial Welds
