We supply Tensar Biaxial TGSG3030 Geogrids 3.8m x 50m Roll. Send us your quantity and delivery location for a quotation, and ask our team to include installation where your project requires it.

Tensar TGSG3030 is a biaxial geogrid for stabilising granular layers in roads, foundations and working platforms. Its open grid structure interlocks with aggregate, helping restrain lateral movement and distribute loads over the subgrade. Supplied in 3.8 m x 50 m rolls for civil and infrastructure works.

Benefits of TGSG3030 Biaxial Geogrid

  • Enhances soil reinforcement and extends road service life
  • Reduces the need for costly aggregate thickness
  • Improves construction efficiency on weak ground conditions
  • Provides high durability in harsh African climates
  • Cost-effective solution for infrastructure and mining roads

Applications Across Africa

The TGSG3030 Geogrid is supplied by Geosynthetics South Africa to projects in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Zambia, Tanzania, Mozambique, Kenya, Ghana, and DRC.
It is used for reinforced roads, access platforms, heavy equipment working platforms, and foundation stabilisation where reliable Tensar Geogrid technology is essential.

Supply, delivery and installation across Africa

Geosynthetics South Africa undertakes projects through three service options:

  • Supply only - products supplied to the agreed specification.
  • Supply and delivery - materials and logistics coordinated to your project site.
  • Supply, delivery and QA/QC-controlled installation - one coordinated scope from procurement to documented handover.

For projects across Africa, we coordinate with the Geosynthetics Africa Group to mobilise installation crews from group companies across the continent. Materials, delivery, mobilisation and project-specific quality records are agreed as part of the project scope.

Supply, delivery & installation

South African supply

We are the South African supplier of Tensar and MIRAGRID reinforcement geogrids. We have ready stock of standard grades and formats for South African projects.

Delivery & cross-border supply

We supply Tensar and MIRAGRID reinforcement geogrids across South Africa and Southern Africa, including cross-border delivery. We coordinate site access, unloading and cross-border documentation for your order.

How we install

We install Tensar and MIRAGRID reinforcement geogrids. Prepare the formation and treat soft areas identified by the engineer. Lay geogrids in the designed reinforcement direction, connect or overlap them as specified and remove slack. Place suitable fill in controlled lifts and compact without direct plant trafficking on exposed grid.

Specialist installation supported by Geosynthetics Africa (Pty) Ltd, an IAGI Installer Member.

SELECTION · SPECIFICATION · PROJECT SUPPLY

Choose the right specification

Separate aggregate stabilisation from designed tensile soil reinforcement before choosing a grid or composite.

  • For stabilisation, define subgrade, aggregate, traffic or working load and permitted deformation.
  • For walls, slopes and basal reinforcement, obtain the required long-term design strength, geometry and interfaces.
  • Confirm grade, orientation, joint or connection details and any separation or filtration layer.

Define the quality records

Record roll identity, reinforcement direction and location, joints, connections, fill placement and the specified compaction controls.

For a useful quotation: send the grade or performance specification, quantity, location, required date and scope. Availability, delivery and installation responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation.
