Designed as an advanced composite barrier liner system, Eurobent GCL CS integrates reinforced needle-punched sodium bentonite with a thermally bonded HDPE geomembrane backing. This dual-layer configuration delivers enhanced sealing performance by combining the ultra-low permeability of bentonite with the impermeability, durability, and chemical resistance of an HDPE geomembrane — ideal for critical containment applications including tailings facilities, hazardous waste cells, tunnels, reservoirs, and foundation works

Product Structure
Eurobent GCL CS consists of:
Upper layer: High-strength woven geotextile
Core: Natural sodium bentonite with high swell index
Lower layer: Nonwoven geotextile
Laminated barrier: HDPE, LLDPE or PVC geomembrane, thermally bonded to the nonwoven side
