Eurobent GCL is a factory-manufactured hydraulic barrier consisting of high-swelling natural sodium bentonite encapsulated between geotextiles and mechanically reinforced through needle-punching and thermal locking.
The result is a low-permeability, self-sealing bentonite barrier engineered for long-term environmental containment performance.
Thermal-Lock Bonding: Superior Structural Integrity
EuroBent™ GCLs are constructed with Thermal-Lock bonding, where the nonwoven geotextile is heat-fused to the woven carrier layer after needle-punching. This:
