PolyTape™ Silt Fence by Geosynthetics Africa is a high-performance, strength-rated silt fence system engineered to control sediment and runoff in civil, infrastructure, and mining environments where conventional 28 kN construction silt fences fail.

Unlike generic silt fencing designed for low-risk, short-term applications, PolyTape™ is manufactured from UV-stabilised woven slit-film polypropylene geotextiles and supplied in multiple engineered tensile classes, allowing engineers to specify performance to suit site risk, flow energy, and installation duration.
