BERA Gravel Fix Pro holds gravel within polypropylene honeycomb panels to create stable, permeable surfaces. We supply and install the system for driveways, paths and parking areas, including the required formation, base and edging works.

The manufacturer describes an integrated Typar® geotextile backing and a permeable cellular structure. These support gravel stability and separation; infiltration from the complete pavement also depends on the base and ground drainage.

Design and procurement inputs
Select gravel grading, panel type, subbase, edge restraint and drainage for the intended traffic. Panel compression data alone do not define the capacity of the installed pavement.
Provide the product grade or performance specification, drawings or BOQ, quantities, site location and required date. We will define supply, delivery and any agreed installation and QA/QC responsibilities in the quotation.

Prepare a level, stable foundation to the required loading and drainage design. Provide edge restraints, fit panels together and fill with the manufacturer’s recommended gravel arrangement.
Vehicle use, slopes and roof applications require the appropriate supporting design. A panel compression test must not be treated as an allowable axle load or a guarantee of complete-pavement performance.
