Solid Wall • Un-Perforated • Corrugated HDPE Pipes
GeoPipe™ – Solid Wall HDPE Corrugated Pipes For Stormwater, Carrier & Infrastructure Drainage Across Africa
GeoPipe™ solid wall HDPE corrugated pipes are un-perforated drainage and conveyance pipes engineered for applications where infiltration, exfiltration, or uncontrolled groundwater ingress is not permitted. Designed for stormwater management, carrier pipes, culverts, sleeves and critical infrastructure drainage, GeoDrain™ delivers high ring stiffness, chemical resistance and long-term structural performance under demanding African site conditions.
Manufactured without perforations, GeoDrain™ functions as a controlled-flow carrier pipe, making it the preferred solution for collector lines, stormwater outlets, water redirection systems, service protection sleeves and engineered drainage networks where hydraulic control and system integrity are non-negotiable.
✔ Solid wall, un-perforated pipe – not a perforated subsoil drain
Built to withstand heavy loading, harsh soils and fluctuating climatic conditions, GeoDrain™ is a dependable underground piping solution specified across mining, civil, municipal, agricultural and industrial infrastructure projects throughout South Africa and the broader African continent.
What is GeoPipe™?
GeoPipe ™ is a solid wall (un-perforated) HDPE corrugated drainage and conveyance pipe system engineered for controlled subsurface water transport in civil, mining, municipal, agricultural, and industrial infrastructure projects.
Unlike slotted or perforated subsoil drainage pipes that are designed to collect groundwater, GeoPipe™ is manufactured without perforations and is used where water must be conveyed, redirected, or discharged in a sealed and controlled manner. This makes it ideal for main discharge lines, collector and carrier pipes, stormwater systems, and infrastructure drainage applications where infiltration or leakage is not permitted.
GeoPipe™ combines a structurally efficient corrugated outer wall with a smooth internal bore, delivering high ring stiffness, excellent hydraulic performance, and long-term durability under demanding African site conditions.
Engineering Design & Construction Characteristics
GeoPipe™ solid wall HDPE corrugated pipes are engineered to meet the functional and structural requirements of buried drainage and conveyance systems.
Key construction features include:
Corrugated External Wall
Provides high ring stiffness and structural resistance against soil loads, traffic loading, and overburden pressures in buried installations.Smooth Internal Bore
Minimises hydraulic resistance, maintains high flow velocity, and reduces sediment build-up, ensuring efficient long-term conveyance.Solid Wall (Zero Perforations)
Ensures full hydraulic control of the flow path, prevents groundwater ingress or exfiltration, and enables use as sealed carrier and discharge pipelines.HDPE Material Construction
Offers excellent resistance to chemicals, corrosion, abrasion, and biological attack, making GeoPipe™ suitable for aggressive soils and contaminated environments.
Typical Applications
GeoPipe™ solid wall HDPE corrugated pipes are widely specified for the following applications:
Collector & Carrier Pipes
Used downstream of perforated or slotted subsoil drainage systems to convey collected water away from collection zones.Stormwater Drainage Systems
Suitable for stormwater conveyance networks, attenuation outlets, and gravity drainage systems in civil and municipal infrastructure.Main Discharge Lines from Perforated Drains
Ideal as sealed discharge pipelines transporting water from subsoil drains to outfalls, sumps, or stormwater infrastructure.Road, Rail & Embankment Drainage
Used for cross-drainage, culverts, and infrastructure drainage beneath roads, railways, and earthworks.Agricultural Water Conveyance
Suitable for controlled irrigation channels, water redirection systems, and drainage outflows where infiltration is undesirable.Foundation & Structural Drainage Outflows
Used to safely convey collected foundation drainage water away from structures without leakage.Industrial & Mining Drainage Systems
Applied in mining infrastructure, plant drainage, tailings support systems, and industrial water management networks.

Solid wall, un-perforated HDPE corrugated pipe shall be used where controlled conveyance is required and infiltration is not permitted. Perforated or slotted pipes are not acceptable for carrier or discharge applications.
GeoPipe™ is not a commodity drainage pipe — it is an engineered conveyance solution for projects where failure is not an option.
Engineered for Absolute Control
Design Certainty • Sealed Conveyance • Infrastructure-Grade Performance
Absolute control starts with design.
GeoPipe™ solid wall HDPE corrugated pipes eliminate perforations to deliver sealed, predictable water conveyance for infrastructure systems where leakage is not an option.
