Description

GeoPipe™ – HDPE Drainage Pipe – Corrugated Slotted – 250mm – 6m is an engineered corrugated HDPE drainage pipe with precision slots to capture and convey subsurface water rapidly. The lightweight yet robust HDPE profile provides high crush resistance, excellent flexibility and long design life in aggressive soils.

Key Advantages

  • High flow intake — uniform slot geometry promotes rapid water ingress while limiting soil migration.
  • Crush & impact resistance — corrugated profile withstands traffic loads and ground movement.
  • Chemical & corrosion resistance — HDPE resists acids, salts and fertilisers; won’t rust or spall.
  • Smooth internal bore — sustained hydraulic capacity and reduced sediment build‑up.
  • Fast installation — 6m lengths, lightweight handling and easy cutting reduce programme time.

Typical Applications

  • French drains and subsoil drainage in residential & commercial developments
  • Road & rail formation drainage; shoulder and median drains
  • Retaining wall and basement relief drainage
  • Sports fields, golf courses and parks
  • Agriculture field drainage and irrigation schemes
  • Landfill & mine drainage (collection and relief)

Available sizes: 50mm, 75mm, 110mm, 160mm, 200mm, 315mm.

Installation Notes (Best Practice)

  • Place on a prepared bed of free‑draining aggregate; encase with graded stone for rapid inflow.
  • Use a nonwoven geotextile filter wrap where soils are fine or silty to minimise clogging.
  • Maintain fall to outlet; connect to inspection points or manholes as required.
