Description
GeoDrain LD 420 is a high-performance HDPE cuspated drainage core developed for use in leak detection and venting systems within lined containment structures. The product is primarily installed between primary and secondary geomembrane liners, where it enables rapid collection, conveyance, and monitoring of leaked fluids, while also facilitating controlled gas venting.
The cuspated structure provides reliable in-plane flow capacity while maintaining consistent thickness under load. GeoDrain LD 420 allows leaked liquids to be channelled to monitoring points for early detection of liner integrity issues, supporting regulatory compliance and long-term environmental protection.
In addition to leak detection, GeoDrain LD 420 is effective as a gas venting layer, preventing pressure build-up beneath geomembranes and improving the overall stability and durability of containment systems.
