BERA® Grass Fix Eco+ is an engineered HDPE cellular system designed to stabilise grass parking, access roads and reinforced green surfaces, delivering load-bearing performance while maintaining natural grass growth.

Description
BERA® Grass Fix Eco+ is a high-strength grass reinforcement system designed to stabilise natural grass surfaces under traffic loading.
Manufactured from recycled HDPE, the system provides:
- Structural support for vehicles
- Protection of grass root zones
- Long-term surface stability
Unlike concrete or solid paving systems, Grass Fix Eco+ maintains a fully permeable, living surface that supports natural drainage and vegetation growth.

Installation Method
1. Subbase Construction
- 200–400 mm compacted crushed stone base (load dependent)
- Ensure full drainage capacity
2. Separation Layer
- Install 300–500 g/m² nonwoven geotextile for vehicle applications
3. Bedding Layer
- 50–70 mm sand/crushed stone leveling layer
4. Panel Installation
- Lay in stretcher bond pattern for strength
- Panels interlock with integrated anchors
5. Filling & Grass Establishment
- Fill cells with:
- 40% sand / 30% soil / 30% peat mix
- Sow drought-resistant grass
- Water and fertilise
